The challenge
Applying to study abroad takes months. Every stage has its own documents, deadlines and eligibility rules, and most applicants are doing it for the first time, in a second language, with their future attached to it. Every point where a student cannot tell what happens next is a point where they email the agency instead of continuing — or give up and tell their friends it was too complicated.
Our approach
We mapped the whole journey — every stage, document and decision — before designing a single screen, so the structure was settled before the styling started. Then we made three things true on every page: you can always see where you are in the process, what this step needs from you, and what happens after it. We tested each round with real students and watched where they hesitated, so the fixes came from what they did rather than what we assumed. We built alongside Forsa's developers instead of handing over a file, and stayed inside their existing brand guide the whole way.
The outcome
A process students get through on their own, because every stage says what it needs and what comes next.
I've used a lot of educational platforms before, and this one is definitely one of the best. The design is clean and modern, and it's very easy to find and access the information I need. It's clear that Bahaa put a lot of time and effort into making the platform intuitive and user-friendly, and it shows in the final product.
